Focus in August is Meeting Stimulants, other than coffee!
ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED AT ONE OF THE THREE ROUNDTABLES EACH MONTH FOR CHAPTER PRESIDENTS OR ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE LEADERSHIP TEAM.
TIME: 2 hours FOOD: Buy your own food & drinks - please support the restaurant.
If the President cannot attend then the VP or another LT member must substitute and bring back the information discussed to the President and chapter LT. (Recurring non-attendance will result in reduced compensation for the chapter President)
OBJECTIVE: Regular communication to help your members all make more money by improving the success of each chapter. When these events are well-attended they have proven consistently to be of real value to the chapters and appreciated by those attending.
VALUE: Exchange great ideas, solve possible problems, get new policies and procedures, improve communication with other chapters and the Director team. This is also the only place to stock up on chapter supplies. Each month we will include a discussion on the best practices for one of the LT positions.
Always bring the current chapter statistics and your monthly goals tracking sheet so we can help each other reach our goals.
